We’re excited to promote the BBM and Global Footprints Scholarships for 2025 and encourage our young members to apply.
The Global Footprints Scholarships open on the first of May, offering exclusive funding for young people in vocational careers in agriculture, horticulture, and trades.
A Global Footprints Scholarship provides young people with the chance to travel overseas for industry experience and to learn about sustainability in their field. Whether they come from agriculture, horticulture, or trades, they will develop leadership skills, gain a global perspective, and make a real impact in their industries.

Key dates
- Application period: 1 May – 1 June
- Program duration: 6 to 18 months, including 20+ days of overseas work experience
- Eligibility: 18-25-year-olds starting out in agriculture, horticulture, and trades *vocational careers only*
