There are no requirements for qualifications or credentials – it is open to everyone.
This option is ideal if you have an interest and a passion for plants but don’t wish to achieve the professional recognition and status that comes with our Horticulturist and Registered Horticulturist memberships.
You can, of course, upgrade to the memberships for professionals if you achieve recognised qualifications and/or experience in the industry.
This membership now includes a year online subscription of 11 editions to HortJournal valued at $69.
You will receive the AIH magazine HortInsights every two months.
You are eligible for member-specific pricing to attend events and webinars – these vary by events but you can choose ‘AIH Member’ where available.
Friends Of Horticulture do not receive a listing on our Members’ Directory or use a post-nominal after your name.
Online payments are available by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Annual renewals have the additional option of paying by bank transfer on an annual invoice you will receive in May each year.
